Staff make precise and focused assessments of children’s learning. They use highly effective teaching methods and provide innovative and exciting learning experiences so that children make rapid progress in all areas of learning.

Staff develop exceptionally strong bonds with the children and are highly effective at nurturing children’s excellent behaviour. Children of all ages play extremely well together, demonstrate highly advanced social skills and are kind and considerate of the feelings of others.

The strong focus on helping children to acquire excellent communication and language skills means that children are excellent communicators and exceptionally confident. They are extremely well prepared for the next stage in their learning and school.

Partnerships with parents are highly effective. Staff successfully engage parents in their children’s learning, including working with them to assess their children’s starting points and plan next steps. This shared approach highly contributes to meeting children’s needs and promoting positive outcomes.
