We are currently recruiting for the following specific roles:

SENIOR NURSERY PRACTITIONER (QUALIFIED)

£13.45 per hour or £27,976.00 per year, for 40 hour working week

Are you an exceptional senior candidate with previous experience within a nursery setting looking for a new challenge?

The Nursery is looking for a passionate minimum level 3 Qualified Practitioner to provide the highest quality of care and education for young children in our care at our Ofsted Outstanding-rated setting.

The varied and challenging role involves leading one of our rooms, interacting and engaging with the children, and role-modelling exemplary practice to the rest of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS, with assessments in teaching and learning required to meet our high standards. They will be required to demonstrate a precise understanding of an early years environment and how to enhance the environment to engage young children, whilst also demonstrating a passion for coaching and mentoring team members in a sensitive and caring manner.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge through our outstanding CPD development. This allows all team members to fulfil their career aspirations and ensure their knowledge is current and impactful.
